removed and if feels like the stitches are going to come out any second and I am sorta afraid to sleep in case they come lose. So is it common or does it even happen when you are asleep. Thanks in advance.

not to worry about it but u should put on more concern on the lower wisdom teeth socket. they are quite difficult to take care of. easy for the food to pack-in. if these lower teeth's socket are stitch-up, it's ok then.
just in case the stitches come out, then u need to be extra care to these teeth. clean it well. make sure no food stuck-in, until the bone heal/ cover back the socket. take care of ur oral hygiene. it is very important. to prevent infection to these socket.. (DRY SOCKET)
Reply:Its no biggie if the stitches come loose. The stitches are placed to protect the blood clot. Most times dentist remove stitches the next day anyway. If they come off just be sure not to do any vigorous rinsing so not to disrupt the blood clot
Reply:I had all 4 taken out too. about the stiches, don't worry about them. they will or should come off by itself once the area is pretty much healed up. just try not to touch them if possible, good luck
