whats with all the worry? are yu obsessive-compulsive? its minor surgery? yu will be like new in about a week. just rinse and take care like the dentist told yu to do.

Reply:Follow the instructions the DDS gave you -- to the letter !!!
No sucking on straws, no smoking, keep you mouth closed with the cotton pack in as long as it says. There is still a chance you will get it, but likely not.

Reply:Don't drink for a straw for five days. Also do not have any carbonated beverages for five days.
Be very careful brushing your teeth. Don't swish the water around your mouth.
Try to eat soup for two days.
Keep gauze on it until it stops bleeding- change no more than every 30 minutes or it will rip out the clot.
Put ice on your face for twenty minutes on/twenty minutes off.
